Q3: Do you offer customization or OEM/ODM services?
A: Yes, we offer customization service based on your drawings or samples. OEM/ODM services are available.
Q4: Can I customize the packaging?
A: We offer standard carton packaging, and customized boxes are available upon your request. We can print your logo and labels on the packaging.
Q5: How can I get a quotation?
A: Please send us your drawings/specs/materials/quantities to our email and leave your contact information such as email or whatsapp, and we will provide a quote promptly.
Q6: Can you do EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP terms?
A: Yes, we support various Incoterms (EXW, FOB, DDP). Main shipping ports are Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Shanghai
Q7: Can I get a sample first? How long does it take?
A: Yes, samples are available. It usually takes 3–7 days depending on the customization complexity.
Q8: What’s the lead time for bulk orders?
A: Bulk orders usually take 15–30 days, may vary during peak season or special customization request, depending on the order.
Q9: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance, etc.
Q10: Do you offer after-sales service?
A: Yes, we provide warranty support. If there's a quality issue, we offer returns or replacements.
